Michael Edwards, CPA (Retired)
 
In 1976 Michael Edwards joined with Irving Farkash and Goldwyn J. Kops to found the firm Farkash, Kops & Edwards. Over the years, the firm evolved to become Edwards & Topple LLP and finally to Edwards, Topple, Saladino & Floch, LLP in 2005.

Jason Reid Saladino  is a partner of G.R. Reid Associates, LLP .  He has over 18 Years of diversified experience in the tax and accounting industry and takes pride his depth of knowledge and resources in providing quality and competent business consulting, tax planning, accounting services as well as IRS and NYS representation and problem resolutions for his clients.

 

He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  He also holds licenses in securities (Series 7 & 63) as well Health and Life insurance.  He graduated from Adelphi University in 1994 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.  Jason is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants and the NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jason joined the firm as a partner in the Summer of 2004.

 
Gary Topple, CPA

Gary Topple graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College in 1977.  He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  After working at several public accounting firms, he was hired in 1980 by the firm of Farkash Kops & Edwards.  In 1985, Gary became a partner of the firm.  Farkash Kops & Edwards evolved to become Edwards Topple Saladino & Floch, LLP, which is now G.R. Reid Associates, LLP.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Gary has held the positions of Treasurer and President of Kew Gardens Hills Apartment Owners, Inc. (a cooperative apartment corporation) in Flushing, New York.  He has served on the Board of Trustees of Temple Or-Elohim (a reform congregation) in Jericho, New York as recording secretary, financial secretary and treasurer .  Gary currently volunteers his time as a Nassau County Auxiliary Police officer and is a former director of the Syosset Chamber of Commerce.  Gary also has served as treasurer of The Community Programs Center of Long Island, Inc. (an intergenerational day care center providing services to preschool children and the frail elderly).
He has designed and manages his family web site (www.topple.com).  He has also authored and presented seminars on a variety of topics including "Tax Implications of Divorce and Separation" and "The Internet" (a "slide show" presentation using Microsoft  PowerPoint™).  Gary has also appeared on the WLUX radio program "Success Talk" and has been a guest speaker at seminars sponsored by SCORE (Service Core of Retired Executives) in Huntington, New York.)
 
 
Raymond W. Floch, CPA

Raymond W. Floch graduated from Queens College in 1976.  He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  He started his career at a medium sized firm as a junior accountant and rose to manager.  He left that firm with two other CPA's in September 1995 and was a founding partner in a new firm.  He remained there for ten years before joining our firm in the Summer of 2005.  
He has experience with all types of closely held family businesses ranging in size from a knish stand in Coney Island (in Brooklyn, New York) to large manufacturing and distribution companies.  He is also experience in fiduciary accounting (trusts and estates), private foundations and other not-for-profit entities. 
Raymond is also an active member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Nassau Chapter Community Affairs and Public Relations Committee.   He also currently serves as Vice President of Harbor Hills Residents Association, a community group in Port Washington, New York.
