Levine, CPA Principal of the Firm Extension 319 Email: alevine@grrcpas.com   Alan Levine graduated from Pace University in 1965. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. After working for mid-sized CPA firms in the New York Metropolitan area, Alan established his own accounting firm in 1976. His practice includes clients in the construction trades, professionals in the legal, medical and dental fields and family businesses. Alan joined the firm as a principal in January 2008 bringing his extensive experience in accounting, income tax preparation, estate and trust administration and financial consulting.   Alan has served as an officer and director of the National Conference of Certified Public Accountants and as a director and committee chair of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants – Nassau Chapter. In addition, he has volunteered and held executive positions in various not-for-profit organizations.     Ira Miller, EA Principal of the Firm Extension 317 Email: imiller@grrcpas.com     Jonathan Cohen, CPA Principal of the Firm Extension 308 Email: jcohen@grrcpas.com     Todd Dixon Senior Staff Accountant Extension 315 Email: tdixon@grrcpas.com   Todd graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting.  While attending Sacred Heart, Todd interned with our firm.  Upon graduation he joined the team as a full time professional staff member.  At school Todd was an active member of the Accounting Club and very much involved in campus politics.  He gained managerial and leadership experience as the Vice President of the Student Body and President of the Student Government Senate.  Todd is working diligently to fulfill his goal of reaching the pinnacle of the accounting profession.  In his spare time, Todd enjoys any sport he has time to play, including golf, bowling, hockey and football as well as enjoying the life of a new homeowner.       Christopher Singh Junior Staff Accountant Extension 318 Email: csingh@grrcpas.com     Irene Schwarz Junior Staff Accountant Extension 302 Email: ischwarz@grrcpas.com   Irene graduated from Dowling College in May of 2000 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minor in Computer Sciences.  She brings experience in accounting for various types of entities to our firm including various types of partnerships, and not-for-profit organizations.  She gathered this experience by working in the field for over ten years.  When she is not at work, Irene enjoys gardening, playing darts, shooting pool and taking a trip down the east coast to unwind.     Jewel Jacobowitz Off-site Senior Accountant   Jewel has been with the firm since 1978.  She joined the firm when we acquired the Certified Public Accounting firm for which she worked.  Jewel provides accounting services to a variety of our clients, including real estate owners, real estate management companies, physicians and bulk shippers.  If Jewel's not at work, you can find her playing three card poker in Atlantic City.   Dawn Telesky Office Manager Extension 320 Email: dtelesky@grrcpas.com   Dawn joined the firm in the fall of 2006 as an administrative assistant.  Dawn has had many years of experience in a variety of business environments, but G.R. Reid Associates, LLP is her first accounting firm.  She was promoted to the position of Office Manager in 2007.  When she isn't busy in the office, Dawn enjoys working out, reading and being the mother of a beautiful daughter.     Linda Moran Administrative Assistant Extension 301 Email: lmoran@grrcpas.com   Linda joined the firm in the summer of 2007 as an administrative assistant.  She has an Associates degree in Business Administration from Briarcliffe College.  Linda has over 13 years experience at accounting firms.  When Linda is not in the office you can find her at one of  her sons' baseball or basketball games.
